To thank you for your support, Su's is introducing an exclusive membership rewards program for our valued cake aficionados. We are in the process of developing a holistic members' reward system which will offer you all year round savings, priority discounts, cake tasting sessions, bonus points and a host of other privileges.
Best of all, membership is free.
So what exactly does Su's holistic membership program entails?
As a start, you will be awarded 1 point for every single RM you spend on purchasing our cakes. These reward points will be accumulated in your "safe-oven". Don't worry we won't over-baked your points. We will have surprises for our members who accumulate the most points on a quarterly basis.
In addition, as of September 2008, we have also started off the Birthday Month Privilege Offer. Basically we're giving a RM25 discount on any cakes of your choice during your birthday month (entitled to 1 cake only though). The cake can be delivered to you at any day/date of your choice (need not be the actual birth-day itself but has to be within 30 days of your birth-date). However kindly note that the usual delivery charges apply if your location is outside the free delivery radius.
There are also 2 conditions attached to this Birthday privilege:
1. You need to register your details online i.e. become a member. Kindly refrain from phoning us to register your membership details as we do not have sufficient manpower at this moment.
2. You need to have had placed at least 3 cake orders prior to your birthday to be eligible. (Note - Su's reserve the right to amend or change conditions pertaining to the above Birthday Month Privilege Offer at any time).
In the future, we also hope to introduce monthly special discounts on selected cakes for our members only. If you have not yet registered your details with us, do consider doing so in the below. Thank you.
