For the time being, Su's is solely a home based on-line business. Cakes are created exclusively from our home bakery and sold over the internet and/or phone.

We also provide an extensive delivery service but do not retain a physical retail store.

We normally ask for a minimum of 48 hours (2 days) advance notice (if payment is by COD).

For example, if you need the cake to be delivered on a Friday morning, you would need to place your order on a Wednesday morning (48 hours). The more notice the better.

However, if you are paying by bank transfers we would appreciate it if you place your order 4 days in advance as transfer of payment takes time due to the banking system. Once you have placed the order kindly also transfer the payment on the very same day you placed the order.

Just phone or e-mail us and quote the transaction number of your original order. We'll change or cancel it without any penalty if the cancellation is done not less than 24 hours (1 day) before delivery date. Changes or cancellations less than 24 hour's (1 day) notice would be subjected to a penalty of 50% of the cakes' price. Please bear in mind we only entertain changes or cancellations from Mondays to Saturdays (not Sundays).

Su's cakes are presented on cake boards and packed in a beautifully decorated cake box. We stand by our pledge to have all of our cakes arrive in the finest possible condition to our customers.

Su's is currently an online only business. We sell our cakes online and deliver them to your door-step. As such we do not encourage self-collection.

We believe home-delivering the cakes is a blessing to those who actively seek convenience – helping to save time, petrol costs and make life less of a hassle for our esteemed customers.

We deliver anywhere, be it your home, office or where ever you want to, as long as it is in the vicinity of the Klang Valley and PJ area. Delivery charges are free within a certain km radius. For further distances a charge of a minimum RM10 and above per location (not per cake) is applied. Example, if you order 2 cakes to be delivered to the same address, we would just charge it as 1 delivery.

Kindly note there may be pockets of exceptions in the above locations whereby we may need to charge for delivery. Do call us to enquire in case of any doubts.

We deliver 7 days a week from 11am to 5pm (Note – delivery locations and times on Sundays are limited). We normally pre-inform our customers (by phone) on the estimated delivery time so they're available to take delivery of the cakes personally. Unfortunately we cannot ascertain the exact timing so if you need a specific time for delivery, please contact us beforehand.

We accept two forms of payment:

By cash upon delivery of cakes - COD. Please prepare exact change if possible.

Payment by bank transfers – This is not our recommended method of payment as the transfer takes time due to the banking system. If you do select this method, we would appreciate it if you place your order 4 days in advance via this payment method. Once you have placed the order kindly also transfer the payment on the very same day you placed the order.

We will not disclose your details to anyone. And we do not sell or distribute our contact lists or client lists to anyone. Any information obtained is solely used to help Su's understand our customers, reply to comments, suggestions or concerns and to better direct promotions. Once again, your privacy is of utmost importance to us.

Oh, we love that. We're happy to deliver any of Su's creations to anyone you have in mind either as a surprise or a gift. Simply pass us the recipient's name and contact details. We'll do the rest by calling the recipient first to arrange a suitable time for him/her to take delivery. However, we would require that you give us more advance notice, preferably place the order 4 day's in advance so that we can ensure the recipient is free to take delivery. Regarding payment in such instances, we suggest transferring the amount into our bank account 4 days before delivery.

In fact, a large number of our cakes have received favorable commendations from a wide array of friends and customers. Having said that, “taste” is always a very personal inclination at the end of the day.

By and large we are immensely proud of our chilled cheesecake creations such as the Durian Cheesecake and Lychee Cheesecake. Our baked cheesecakes such as Classic Cheesecake, Marbled and Layered Cheesecake are quite something too. As for the oven-baked range, our favourites would be Chocolate Velvet Cake with Chocolate Frosting, Pineapple Upside-Down, Orange Poppyseed with Cream Cheese Frosting and Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting. Do give it as many of our creations a try. And we're always here to give you suggestions in case you find it difficult to make up your mind.

Su's cheesecakes are square in shape. The oven-baked cakes come in either square or round shapes. Cheesecakes measure 8x8 inches whereas the oven baked cakes are 9 inches in diameter (round shape) or 8x8 inches (square shape). For the cheesecakes they generally weigh no less than 1.4kg whereas the oven-baked cakes weigh no less than 1.2kg (unless stated otherwise).

Our home based bakery is located in the vicinity of Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur.

No we don't. Some of our cakes do contain a certain degree of nut or nut related contents.

Once you take delivery of the chilled cheesecakes, you can either devour them immediately or promptly put them into the refrigerator (mid-level). Safe-guarded by the cold temperature of the fridge, Su's chilled cheesecakes can be enjoyed up to five (5) days from delivery date*. Avoid displaying the cheesecakes under direct sunlight or no more than 30 minutes under room temperature.

Our oven baked range cakes can be stored for up to 3 days in the fridge. Remember to protect them by covering them up in a large container (or leave them in the original box) while stored in the fridge to best maintain its taste and texture.

By and large, our cakes would be able to accommodate 10-12 servings.

NO. We don't taint our cakes with preservatives or artificial colouring.

We recommend serving Su's Cheesecake chilled (but not frozen) to enjoy the pure flavour of our natural ingredients.

If you decide to savour the oven baked ranges slowly, please remember to store them in the fridge (for upto 3 days). Do allow them to thaw at room temperature for around 30 minutes before serving.

Well, yes. Some of our creations do contain alcohol.

Certainly, all cakes are accompanied with a pre-designed Su's Cakes for Kicks greeting note measuring 3 by 2 inches (which can be pinned onto the cake). We will handwrite any personalized message on the note so dictated by you.
